A Century of Cattle Ranching

The Guymon family has been herding cattle across the rugged landscapes of Utah for over 100 years.

What started as a humble family operation in the valleys of southern Utah has grown into a legacy built on hard work, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Four generations later, we're still doing things the right way.

Today, we raise premium American Wagyu and Purebred Wagyu cattle on our family ranches in Cedar Fort and Parowan, Utah. We're not a factory farm. We're your neighbors - local ranchers who take pride in every animal we raise and every cut of beef we deliver.

When you buy from Wild West Wagyu, you're not just getting beef. You're getting a piece of Utah heritage, raised by a family that's been perfecting this craft for over a century.

There's a reason chefs and food lovers around the world prize Wagyu beef above all others.

We offer both American Wagyu and Purebred Wagyu beef. American Wagyu combines the legendary marbling of Japanese Wagyu with the robust, beefy flavor American cattle are known for. Our Purebred Wagyu takes it even further - 100% Fullblood genetics delivering the ultimate in marbling and buttery texture.

Our cattle are raised on open pastures across our family ranches in Cedar Fort and Parowan, where clean mountain air and natural grasses contribute to the exceptional quality of our beef. We take our time - no rushing, no cutting corners. Just patient, careful ranching the way it's been done in our family for generations.

Once you've tried Wild West Wagyu, regular beef just won't cut it anymore.
